Everything That is Old...
is New Again

Every year NSQG issues a challenge to its members. For 2007, guild members were challenged to celebrate the start of our second quarter century by making a quilted wall hanging that took a traditional pattern and updated it for the 21st century. The quilts in this exhibit demonstrate that our members looked at their quilting roots and then let their imaginations and quilting skills leap forward. The quilts were displayed at the February guild meeting and members voted to select the winners. Participants each selected one of three categories for their entry.

Best of Challenge: “The Beauties of New York”
by Benedicte Caneill
