April Board Meeting – Board reviews nomination submissions
May Newsletter – Nominations published
May Guild Meeting – Each nominating member presents information about their chosen charity followed by election by secret ballot (no voting necessary if only one charity nominated)
November – Raffle tickets available for sale
May of the following year – Raffle quilt displayed at the show and winning ticket drawn at the May guild meeting.
June of the following year – Proceeds check presented to representative of the charity
