BUS TRIP TO THE AQS QUILT SHOW IN HARTFORD, CT
SATURDAY, APRIL 11, 2026
Join the fun as we travel to the Hartford Convention Center for a full day visit to the
American Quilters’ Society Quilt Week – New England Show.
$55 per person includes bus trip and show entry fee.
Non-members can register starting January 28th at $55 per person
(non-member surcharge NOT required)
Registration ends on February 25th or when all seats are filled.
NO REFUNDS unless the trip is cancelled.

Required Trip Information: Every registrant must supply the following to Rona –
- Your Pickup/Droppoff Point: Mt. Kisco or Brewster
- Your Cell phone number: How you can be contacted during the day of the trip
- Your Email address
Bus Pickup/Dropoff Points:
— 7:30 AM: Board the bus at the Mount Kisco Park and Ride on route 172 at 684 exit 4.
OR
— 8:30 AM: Board the bus at the Brewster Park and Ride on route 312 off route 84 at exit 65 (eastbound or westbound.)
Show Arrival:
— Arrive at the Convention Center about 10:15. Enjoy a day at the show. There are numerous restaurants in the area for lunch as well as food concessions inside the Convention Center.
Show Departure:
— Depart the Convention Center at 4:00 PM.
— Arrive at Brewster at 5:30.
— Arrive at Mt. Kisco at 6:15
