ZOOM WORKSHOP
Dee Christopher – Using the 3 & 1 Tool to enhance colors in your quilt.
Saturday 2/20/2027 10:00 am- 4:00 pm
Cost $45
The 3 & 1 tool will help you choose fabrics based on value (light, medium, dark) as well as choosing a color palette for your quilt. It takes the guesswork out of coordinating your fabric colors.
Supply List
- 3 in 1 Tool from C&T Publishing (Can be purchased on Amazon)
- Double sided fusible – I prefer Steam a Seam lite but feel free to use what you like best
- A backing fabric the size you would like your finished wall hanging to be. I made mine 12″ x 30″.
- Batting
- Iron and ironing mat or board.
- An array of light, medium and dark fabrics from the 3 in 1 card you will receive from Kathy Tuttle when you sign up for the class.
- Sewing machine
- Pins
- Scissors – I like the Karen Buckley scissors for cutting out the pieces but you may bring whatever you have.
- Freezer paper
After the lecture presentation at the Guild meeting you will have a better idea of the fabrics you will need to bring for class once you understand how the 3 in 1 tool can help you choose fabrics for a quilt.
